I'm 5'1, 205 lbs, and short waisted, carrying most of my weight in my apron belly. I ordered the XX-Large in black. I typically wear tops between XL-XXL, and 14-16 bottoms so this was right on the money for me.The fit was PERFECT for me, the stretch was just enough to be comfortable, without being loose, and not to constricting. Also, If you're anything like me, you hate struggling to get the crotch buttoned on body suits, but this was so simple to clip and unclip without too much of a struggle, which made bathroom breaks a breeze. There are only two buttons in the crotch, which scared me, but they haven't popped loose, so I've got no complaints there.I like to wear this under my scrubs, because I don't have to worry about tucking in an undershirt, and it keeps everything covered if my scrub top happens to ride up and my pants ride down (which happens from time to time) I like the security and comfort of this body suit over any others I've had, it adds a compression feel without suffocating me. It's flattering, true to size, and comfortable...can't lose with that combo.

Narrow thong back, fits like a glove, exquisite double layer fabric

In case you were wondering this is a THONG back. It doesn't say in the listing and doesn't really show the back in any of the photos though it is somewhat implied by the side views. The fabric is mind-blowing. It feels silky, soft and has phenomenal elasticity with superb resilience. The 76% Nylon/ 24% elastane construction is two thin layers sewn as one resulting in a garment as smooth on the inside as the outside. This bodysuit is exceptionally comfortable to wear. Nothing shows thru except my lumps and bumps. Compression is ultra-light making any slimming effect imaginary unless you order several sizes smaller.FIT: I got the XXL, a size larger than my normal only in hopes of getting a longer torso (wish the torso length was part of the sizing info - wouldn't that be nice). I am 6-feet tall and always challenged by RTW clothes. Many dresses and bodysuits fit my bust, waist and hips but are too short in the torso. The fit of the XXL is perfect. With the remarkable fabric stretch the suit fits skin tight everywhere and the torso is long enough so i don't feel like I'm getting cut in half. For Reference my measurements are 40/36/39, 6' tall, 195 pounds, girth of 68-inches (measured from the shoulder, down the front, through the legs, and back up to the same shoulder, it measures torso length but takes into account you body thickness. For listing with only a shoulder to crotch measurement I need at least 30-inches with 32-inches being my preferred measurement.) This suit measures 30-inches laying flat but the stretch makes up the difference.Construction: two metal crotch snaps. Double layer but not invisible seams like some swimming suit. There are inside arm hole seams and satin stitched body side seams. Crotch width at snaps 1-5/8", thong width 1-1/2" inches. 1/4" elastic around leg openings and neck. Arm hems: folded over and cover-stitched. Hang tag sewn onto back neck band is scratchy or sticks out. Straight stitched to the garment. Doesn't look easy to remove, I prefer the information printed onto the inside back instead of a nasty white hang tag.Overall: I love this fabric wish there was a version with a full seat.
